Every project is different, so every engagement is too. Here's exactly how we go, step by step, from a first conversation to a site that's truly yours.
Getting in touch and a discovery call
Reach me however works for you — WhatsApp, email, phone, it doesn't matter which. I always reply through the same channel. We then set up a short, no-commitment discovery call to talk about your project and make sure what you're looking for is a good fit for what I offer.
Custom quote and choosing your plan
If it's a good fit, I'll send you a form to pin down exactly what you need. Based on your answers, I'll email you three custom plans — Essentiel, Standard and Premium — so you can choose based on your budget and priorities; even within a level, every proposal is still built specifically for your project. This choice also sets your timeline: a standard delivery time is included, or you can choose an express timeline, at a higher price, if the project needs to move faster.
Gathering your content
Before I start building, I need everything that should end up on your site: domain name, logo, text, photos, documents, links or existing articles. We talk about this during the discovery call so you have time to put it all together.
Building your site
I build your site with the platform best suited to the service level you chose. You'll get a link to a work-in-progress version you can check anytime, and I'll keep you posted on progress along the way. Most projects wrap up within three rounds of revisions; there's no fixed cap, but rounds beyond five are billed separately.
Launch
Once everything is approved, I move the site from the development platform to your domain — that's the official launch of your project.
Follow-up after launch
After launch, you choose — independently of your initial plan — the kind of follow-up that suits you: basic support for 30 days, ongoing support for a longer period, or an ongoing retainer for a recurring fee if you'd like me to stay available long-term.
